Poon's Bean Curd Stall

Specializing in all things soy from bean sprouts to bean curd skin, Mrs. Poon’s stall first opened shop in the late 1970s, and stands as one the last handful of artisan tofu vendors at the Graham Street Market, Hong Kong’s oldest wet market whose fate is in jeopardy in the face of urban redevelopment.
