Lee Wo Steelyard specializes in traditional handmade steelyard balances —precise, durable instruments once vital for weighing produce, seafood, Chinese medicine, gold, silver, and even opium. Mrs. Ho, a great-grandmother raised in this craft, proudly upholds her father’s legacy dating back to the 1930s, with no plans to retire.
